thank goodness they have art for the tablet!!! phew I though I have to live with computer art..im really good at the tablet art...because if your better at computer at you have a hard time with tablet art..if your good with art on paper then its a ease with tablet!!! so for me the tablet is a ease!! :3 so now im going to get my tablet repaired and get sai art on it and..yea .3.
Actually, I think it's possible. I have PS Elements 9, and most of the time I use the first three default brushes: hard round, soft round, and airbrush soft round - and the eyedropper.

I really don't think you can. I've worked with multiple versions of Photoshop and you really cannot get a similar effect. Since Paint Tool SAI has brushes that mimic those of traditional artwork, it is possible to get this effect. With Photoshop, they has brushes that mimic, well, digital painting brushes. Unless someone figured out how to make a brush like this on Photoshop, and you'd have to do some searching, this effect is impossible on that particular program.
MS Paint is NOT Paint Tool SAI. There is a total difference. Paint Tool SAI is a Japanese program that costs about $70 for a full usage license. Here is the official website where you can purchase it [link] .
